Aiprosoft Apple TV Video Converter is a commercial video converter. It was designed to let you convert your video files into formats that can be played on Apple TV 1 and 2. As you may know, the AppleTV can only play video files that iTunes can play. That means that if you have your movie library or home videos in other formats, you won't be able to play them on your AppleTV. Aiprosoft Apple TV Video Converter can supposedly convert files into H.264 and MPEG-4. Those two formats can be played on every Apple multimedia playback device, including the AppleTV, iPhone, iPad, etc. This converter comes with conversion profiles for lots of devices, including iPhone, iPod, Nano, iPod Touch, iPod Video, and iPod Classic. If you don't want to use a conversion profile, you can simply choose a format from the drop down menu.
You may notice I said the application can "supposedly" convert files into the above-mentioned formats. I say that because I was unable to get the converter to convert a single file for me. Whenever I started the conversion process, I got an error that read "Load Error". I tried with different source files in different formats and stored in different locations to no avail. |
